Cyberpunk 2077 is a sprawling first-person open-world RPG set in the neon-drenched streets of Night City. After one of the rockiest launches in gaming history, CD Projekt RED committed to fixing what was broken — and over the years, they’ve not only fixed it, they’ve rebuilt it.
With its branching storylines, deep character customization, and gritty tone, Cyberpunk 2077 has earned back much of the goodwill it lost. On high-end PCs, the game is visually jaw-dropping with full ray tracing and DLSS. On consoles, performance has steadily improved — especially on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
If you want to see the state of modern single-player design pushed to its edge, Cyberpunk 2077 (especially post 2.0 update) is absolutely worth playing.
